& Linden Streets, Allentown PA 18104 Cost per player $99.00 for football game and Awards Dinner. Please give cash or check to Coach Vinny in an envelope
with your child's name and team on it. Reserve your rooms

Vinny ASAP. All players must arrive at the J. Birney Grum
Stadium (directions below) at least ONE hour prior to game time. Check-in at the Holiday Inn Conference Center
either before or after your game according to your game time (directions to field from hotel are below.) However, it
would be greatly appreciated if the players from all teams were at the other games to support one another. . GAME SCHEDULE (Saturday, Nov. 26th at J. Birney
Crum Stadium)
. There will be an award presentation after each game. All players
will receive a medal of participation and game MVP's will be selected. We
won't be collecting uniforms. Boys' League games will be the following week December 3, 2011. Information to be given
at a later date. . There
will be a Concession Stand open all day. Custom "Turkey Bowl" t-shirts & sweatshirts will be available
to purchase and may be personalized with player's name and number. . The Holiday Inn Conference Center has made available to us a banquet room for our Awards Dinner Dance from 7:00 pm
to 1:00 am. All players (in shirts and ties) and their families are expected to meet in the hotel lobby between
6:00pm-7:00pm. We will enter Banquet Room by 7:00 for dinner, dessert and our 2011 Awards Ceremony. This is expected
to end by 9:00pm and boys will be asked to bring award, pictures, etc. back up to their rooms. Everyone is expected
to return to the Banquet Room between 9:30-10:00 for a funfilled PLAINSMEN FAMILY evening of Dancing, Candy & Games
until 1:00am! . All parents are responsible for booking their own rooms. Players are to stay with their parents. PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. . As always, if you have any questions or concerns, call Coach Vinny at home
